The Arctic Air ACP48 refrigerated countertop prep unit comes with a stainless cover to retain cold temperatures in the refrigerated area. For durability and quick cleaning, the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel. Its plastic bullet feet won't scratch surfaces when the unit is moved. This piece of equipment's capillary tube system is self-contained, and it uses environmentally friendly R600a hydrocarbon gas.

The Arctic Air ACP48 refrigerator is designed with a coldwall heat exchange system, and it can be turned on and off with a backlit switch located at the front of the unit. This piece of equipment includes eight sixth-size, 6-inch-deep stainless pans, covers, and adapter bars, as well as stainless pan supports. Operators can electronically control the temperature with the external digital LED display, optimizing accuracy of control and readouts.
