The Arctic Air ACP4SQ countertop prep table measures 15 inches in width by 25³/₄ inches in depth by 9¹/₈ inches in height, and it comes with four sixth-size pans and covers. Its capillary tube refrigeration system is self-contained, and its holding temperature ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability, the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, and its plastic feet won't scuff countertops.

For environmental consciousness, the Arctic Air ACP4SQ compact refrigerated countertop prep unit uses R600a hydrocarbon gas. This piece of equipment is constructed with a coldwall heat exchange system, though it doesn't have an on/off switch; instead, the unit must be de-energized to defrost. It comes with sixth-size Lexan pans and covers; the back row is 6 inches deep, while the front row is 4 inches deep.
