The Arctic Air ACP63 countertop prep table has the capacity for 14 sixth-size pans. Operators can easily refine and read the temperature with the unit's electronic thermostat and LED display; the temperature ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This piece of equipment is constructed of stainless steel for added durability and corrosion resistance. Overall, it measures 63 inches wide by 15¹/₂ inches deep by 11 inches high.

To protect countertops, the Arctic Air ACP63 refrigerated countertop prep unit is designed with plastic feet. This piece of equipment uses eco-friendly R600a hydrocarbon gas in its self-contained capillary tube system, and it comes with a coldwall heat exchange system. Operators can turn the unit on and off with its backlit switch, which is located at the front for optimal accessibility. Stainless steel supports are included.
