The Arctic Air ACP8SQ compact refrigerated countertop prep unit measures 27¹/₂ inches in width by 25³/₄ inches in depth by 9¹/₈ inches in height, and it comes with eight sixth-size pans and covers. Its capillary tube refrigeration system is self-contained, and its temperature range is 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability and corrosion resistance, the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. Its plastic feet protect countertops from getting scraped.

For eco-consciousness, the Arctic Air ACP8SQ countertop prep table uses R600a hydrocarbon gas. This piece of equipment is constructed with a coldwall heat exchange system, and it doesn't have an on/off switch. The prep table must be de-energized in order to defrost. Its back row is 6 inches deep, while its front row is 4 inches deep. Operators can use the table to prep sandwiches, salads, and more.
