Delfield CTP 8146-NBP 46" Countertop Refrigerated Prep Rail - Hinged Lid

The opening in the Delfield CTP8146-NBP countertop prep rail holds four third-size pans, and with adapter bars, the rail can hold any pan size. Engineered for sandwich and salad prep, the pans can be used to hold toppings, sauces, and other ingredients for popular dishes. Along with the polyurethane insulation, a cover over the pan area keeps contaminants out and holds cold air around the food.

Made of stainless steel, this Delfield CTP8146-NBP sandwich salad prep rail supports heavy use and streamlines cleaning. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The front and rear have louvers that let air flow through the system, and they can be removed for condensing unit maintenance access.
