Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet, the Turbo Air CTST-1800-13-N refrigerated prep rail is built to support countertop cold holding in busy commercial kitchens. Measuring 70⁷/₈ inches wide, this unit accommodates up to (16) GN ¹/₆-size or (8) GN ¹/₃-size condiment pans, each 6 inches deep (pans not included). The stainless steel hinged lid protects ingredients from ambient air when not in use, while a digital temperature display on the front panel provides real-time cabinet monitoring.

The Turbo Air CTST-1800-13-N features a side-mounted refrigeration system with static cooling and foamed-in-place, CFC-free polyurethane insulation to retain internal temperatures. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the system maintains a temperature range between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A power switch on the front panel supports quick activation, and the unit’s compact footprint fits standard prep areas.
