The Hatco HDW-1 freestanding warming drawer can keep pulled pork, corn, and other products at ideal serving temperatures. Its single drawer is insulated to trap heat inside and has a removable 20³/₄-inch by 12³/₄-inch by 6-inch pan that lifts straight out. To ensure proper holding conditions for each dish, sliding vents on the drawer can be adjusted, and the drawer has a handle and heavy-duty slides.

Controls are straightforward to use and recessed to prevent damage, and users can keep track of the internal temperature with a monitor. A single dial controls the temperature, and the on/off switch turns the unit on or off quickly as needed. Constructed of stainless steel, the Hatco HDW-1 drawer warmer is dent and scratch resistant, and 4-inch legs elevate the unit for cleaning underneath.
