To keep food warm, the Hatco HDW-2B warming drawer features two insulated drawers that operate independently, saving energy when only one drawer is needed. Both drawers have their own thermostatic controls and on/off switches, while adjustable, sliding drawer vents enable proper ventilation for various dishes.

Drawers have a handle and slides so they open fully and smoothly, and this design enables the included food pans to conveniently drop into and lift out of the drawers. This Hatco HDW-2B drawer warmer is durable and quick to wipe down since it is made of stainless steel. For longtime use, the controls are recessed to prevent denting and taking up aisle space.
