The Hatco HDW-3 drawer warmer is a freestanding model with three drawers that each include one standard 6-inch-deep food pan. The drawers' temperatures can be individually adjusted with thermostatic controls, and to prevent unwanted modifications, the control panels are recessed. Overall, this unit measures 29¹/₂ inches wide by 23⁷/₈ inches deep by 35¹/₄ inches high, and it's elevated on 4-inch legs so staff can accessibly clean the floor beneath it.

Built for durability, the Hatco HDW-3 warming drawer is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that can be wiped clean. It's insulated to preserve heat and equipped with adjustable sliding vents to release excess moisture that could lead to soggy food. To withstand repeated opening and closing, the drawers are situated on heavy-duty slides with nylon rollers. This unit is ideal for holding batches of dinner rolls, vegetables, and meats at warm, safe temperatures before service.
