Able to be operated between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with moisture controls, the Toastmaster 3B20AT09 built-in food warming drawer unit keeps food at safe, appetizing, ready-to-serve temperatures. Using an integrated safety zone thermostat, the unit measures the coolest point in the drawer to ensure accurate temperature monitoring.

Two 16-inch by 16-inch by 5-inch pans fit in the two drawers, but food can also be held in containers or placed directly in the unit. There are 20 bearings in each drawer to support the load while guiding the drawers out. Positive-action, spring-loaded latches secure the drawers when they're closed, preventing warm air leaks. The Toastmaster 3B20AT09 built-in food warming drawer unit holds temperatures accurately because insulation is built into each side.
