The Toastmaster 3B80AT09 built-in drawer warmer operates at temperatures from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep pre-cooked food at safe and ready-to-serve temperatures. A safety zone thermostat is used in the unit, measuring the coolest point of the drawers to achieve an accurate temperature reading. Each of the two drawers holds a 12-inch-by-20-inch pan. Containers can be used in the drawers or food can be placed in them directly. In each drawer of this Toastmaster 3B80AT09 built-in food warming unit, there are 20 bearings to provide strength. Its interior lining is made of aluminized steel, while the exterior is stainless steel.
