Keeping pre-cooked food at warm and safe temperatures, the Toastmaster 3B84AT72 built-in drawer warmer operates at temperatures from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It has moisture controls that enable warming of different types of products, from ribs and baked potatoes to vegetables and rolls. Safety thermostats are included to provide an accurate representation of the temperature by measuring the coolest area in the drawers.

Each of the two drawers in this Toastmaster 3B84AT72 built-in food warming drawer unit holds a 20-inch-by-12-inch pan. Food can also be placed directly into the drawers or in containers. There are 20 bearings in each drawer that guide them and support heavy loads. The latches are spring loaded, so they secure the drawers to the trim and help prevent warm air from leaking. The frame is welded and reinforced to provide structural strength to support high-volume applications.
