The Toastmaster 3C80AT09 insulated warming drawer features three drawers that can hold about seven dozen rolls per drawer. Keep your baked potatoes, vegetables, ribs, and breads warm and delicious in this built-in insulated warming drawer. The thermostatic controls can be adjusted to accommodate the type of food being stored, and because this three-drawer insulated food warming unit is insulated on all sides, temperature is always maintained. The front is constructed of easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the frame is constructed of welded and reinforced sheet steel. The drawers glide on third-member suspension system rails for easy operation. The heating of the Toastmaster 3C80AT09 insulated warming drawer is accomplished with preformed tubular heating elements, and the temperature is regulated by a hydraulic thermostat.
