The Wells RW-2HD warming unit has two drawers that slide smoothly due to the stainless steel tracks and bearings. It is heavy duty, enabling it to handle dense foods without sustaining damage. To aid in the unit's durability, it is made of stainless steel?a material that resists dents and dings in a commercial kitchen.

Equipped with individual thermostatic controls for both drawers of the Wells RW-2HD two drawer warming unit, users can cook crispy food and moist food at once in separate food pans. Each drawer includes one full-size food pan that can each hold eight dozen dinner rolls. The temperature can be adjusted between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, and for quick service, it preheats in just 12 minutes. If users want to adjust the humidity, they can do that as well by moving the front vents.
