To minimize temperature loss and optimize food quality, the Wells RWN-16 drawer warmer is fully insulated, and it features a single drawer that includes one standard 6-inch-deep food pan. The drawer has a self-latching mechanism and an adjustable front vent to release excess moisture?great for holding crispy foods. This unit is ideal for holding bulk batches of vegetables, meats, and dinner rolls before they're served.
Using precise thermostatic controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the Wells RWN-16 warming drawer between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. As a built-in model, it measures 201?4 inches wide by 261?2 inches deep by 107?8 inches high. To withstand daily commercial use, this stainless steel unit resists rust and corrosion and can simply be wiped clean.
