Accommodating pizzas, garlic rolls, and other baked products, the 38-inch by 36-inch deck in this Bakers Pride EP-1-8-3836 deck oven is 7 inches tall, and its surface is made of Cordieritea€”a durable material that withstands high-heat cooking. Heat in the deck is supplied from top and bottom heating elements that are controlled separately to enhance baking flexibility, while the temperature is adjustable between 300 and 800 degrees Fahrenheit.

Because the Bakers Pride EP-1-8-3836 single-deck pizza oven has an aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior, resisting corrosion and withstanding high-volume applications. By retaining heat, the insulated construction increases energy efficiency and keeps the exterior cool to the touch. Strong enough to support three stacked ovens, the iron frame is welded.
