Bakers Pride GP-61 Hearthbake Countertop Double Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - Natural Gas

The Bakers Pride GP-61 HearthBake pizza oven is constructed of a stainless steel exterior to resist corrosion. It features two aluminized steel baking chambers with Cordierite ceramic decks, which absorb moisture to produce a crispy pizza crust, and two bottom-hinged doors equipped with field-reversible handles.

The front-mounted control valve access panel provides access to the controls, which include a combination gas valve with a gas regulator and pilot safety. To suit different applications, the modulating thermostat enables the user to adjust the temperature between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Chrome-plated legs elevate the unit off the countertop, and these are adjustable to maintain level stability on uneven surfaces.
