The Bakers Pride P44-BL HearthBake pizza oven is a double-deck, countertop model measuring 26 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 32.50 inches high. Each compartment is furnished with two Cordierite hearth decks that can be removed to facilitate thorough cleaning. To preserve heat and improve efficiency, this unit is fully insulated, and it's mounted on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to account for uneven or irregular surfaces.

Ideal for baking pretzels and pizzas, the Bakers Pride P44-BL countertop oven has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Each compartment is heated individually with long-lasting incoloy elements. When the baking cycle is up, operators are alerted with a continuous-ring alarm. This unit's exterior is made of stainless steela€”a long-lasting metal that's strong and corrosion resistant. For additional corrosion resistance, its baking chamber is aluminized steel.
