The Blodgett 1048 ADDL single pizza deck oven is powered by LP gas and designed for high-performance baking. Its 10-inch-high section includes a QHT Rokite deck, providing excellent heat retention for consistent baking results. Constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, the oven is durable and resistant to rust. It features a spring-assisted door with concealed hinges and a chrome-plated tubular steel handle for easy operation. With a 12.16-cubic-foot interior, this unit accommodates large batches of pizzas, maintaining temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed with functionality in mind, the Blodgett 1048 ADDL commercial pizza oven includes a mechanical thermostat, two free-floating duplex-tube burners, and a removable fixed orifice for both main and pilot burners. The baking compartment is insulated with vitreous fiber and lined with aluminized steel to optimize energy efficiency. Built with a full angle iron frame and supported by 12-inch stainless steel legs, this oven provides stability in demanding kitchen environments.
