It has a temperature range between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels using a reliable mechanical thermostat. For lasting strength and corrosion resistance, its combustion chamber and baking compartment liner are made of aluminized steel, and this unit is mounted on 12-inch stainless steel legs.
A deck-type model with two 10-inch-high sections, the Blodgett 1048 DOUBLE pizza oven measures 603/16 inches wide by 461/2 inches deep by 6419/50 inches high overall.
