Powered by LP gas, each deck offers interior dimensions of 33 inches by 22 inches by 7 inches, accommodating a variety of baking and roasting tasks.

Built for precise performance, the Blodgett 911P TRIPLE gas oven system features mechanical thermostats and dial controls for each deck, enabling accurate temperature adjustments within a holding range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
