Blodgett 951 Floor Model Double Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - Liquid Propane

With its two 42-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep by 12-inch-high cooking compartments, the Blodgett 951 DOUBLE deck-type oven can accommodate multiple foods simultaneously, such as bread loaves and roasts, to expedite baking. Both sections feature an aluminized steel baking compartment with a press-formed, reinforced aluminized steel deck, which heats quickly and is less expensive than stone decks. Powered by LP gas, its free-floating, removable duplex-tube burner circulates heat evenly throughout the compartments; operators can ignite, adjust, and clean the burner by opening the burner doors, so fastenings don't have to be removed. Overall, this oven's thermostat dial can reach temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

To preserve temperatures in cool ambient conditions or when the doors are opened for short periods of time, this Blodgett 951 DOUBLE gas deck oven's top, back, sides, bottom, and doors are insulated with vitreous fiber. Constructed of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel, this unit features a full angle iron frame that adds structural rigidity throughout daily use. Users can access the cooking compartments via the counterbalanced doors, which open smoothly to reduce the risk of employee injury and fatigue from opening and closing heavy doors. This 60-inch-wide by 40-inch-deep by 59¹⁵/₁₆-inch-high floor model is fitted with 7-inch legs that can be adjusted to account for irregular surfaces.
