Blodgett 961P Floor Model Single Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - Liquid Propane

The Blodgett 961PSINGLE LP pizza deck oven features a 42-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep by 7-inch-high compartment to accommodate low-volume applications. A Quick Heat Technology (QHT) Rokite stone deck built onto an angle iron frame transfers heat evenly and absorbs moisture, baking crust to a crisp texture. Its free-floating duplex-tube burner is powered by LP gas, and operators can ignite, clean, or adjust the burner through the unit's burner doors so fasteners don't have to be removed. By rotating the liquid-pressure thermostat, users can modify compartment temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's interior is built with vitreous fiber insulation to prevent unexpected heat loss in cool ambient temperatures or when the door is opened for loading and retrieval.

To simplify access to the compartment's interior, the Blodgett 961PSINGLE LP single-deck pizza oven features a counterbalanced door with a heavy, chrome-plated tubular handle. This rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel oven is built to last in commercial environments, while its aluminized steel baking compartment withstands consecutive heating and cooling over time. Supported by a durable, angle iron frame, this unit is 60 inches wide by 40 inches deep by 49⁵/₈ inches high, overall, and is fitted with 27¹/₂-inch stainless steel legs that enable operators to clean beneath the unit thoroughly.
