The Blodgett 981DOUBLE LP deck oven's two cooking compartments accommodate as many as (49) 10-inch pie tins. Each compartment measures 42 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 7 inches high and features a 12-gauge 1-inch-thick aluminized steel deck that heats quickly and efficientlya€”ideal for consecutive baking. This LP gas-powered oven uses a free-floating duplex-tube burner to circulate heat; vitreous fiber insulation on the unit's top, back, sides, bottom, and doors maintains temperatures in the compartments when doors are opened for pan loading and retrieval. Operators can adjust temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with the liquid-pressure thermostat's dial, and if the burner needs to be cleaned, ignited, or adjusted, it can be accessed through the burner doors.
