The Blodgett 981 SINGLE multi-purpose deck oven features two decks that each measure 42 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 7 inches high. Its stainless steel top, front, sides, and back, along with an aluminized steel baking compartment and combustion chamber, ensure consistent heat retention and long-term performance. Reinforced by an angle iron frame, the oven maintains structural integrity, while its 27¹/₂-inch adjustable legs provide stability and installation flexibility. The counterbalanced doors, equipped with chrome-plated tubular handles, allow smooth and reliable access.

Powered by LP gas, the Blodgett 981 oven delivers consistent results through its free-floating, removable duplex-tube burner system, which evenly distributes heat. Adjustable air mixers with locking devices enable precise control, while the static dial controls allow for temperature adjustments within a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its vitreous fiber insulation enhances energy efficiency by retaining heat, and maintenance is made easy with a removable ventilation compartment and an accessible burner door.
