Its angle iron frame ensures structural stability, while the 271/2-inch stainless steel adjustable legs allow for customizable installation.
Powered by natural gas, the Blodgett 981 oven is equipped with a free-floating, removable duplex-tube burner system that ensures consistent heat distribution across the deck. Adjustable air mixers with locking devices provide precise heating control, while thermostatic dial controls allow operators to adjust temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
