To eliminate water buildup, the Metro PCD7 dish caddy has built-in drain holes that promote sanitizing. In order to minimize dust and water marks, dishes stored on this piece of equipment are kept 12 inches above the surface of the floor. A translucent vinyl cover is included to protect clean dishes during storage, enabling employees to view the contents of the caddy without removing the cover.

The Metro PCD7 dish dolly is constructed with built-in Microban? antimicrobial protection, inhibiting the formation of mildew, bacteria, mold, and fungi, which can cause product degradation, odors, and stains. This piece of equipment is made of high-density, seamless polymer and has handgrips on all four sides to facilitate maneuvering. For stationary use, two of the four casters have brakes.
