The John Boos DT3B18244-2D18R dish table has three separate compartments for pre-rinsing or soaking plates, bowls, pots, and more in commercial kitchens. Sink bottoms are specially formed to assist drainage, while heavy-duty stainless enables the unit to resist dents, scratches, and corrosion. It has drainboards on the right and left sides to store dirty dishes. Water, spilled substances, and other messes are kept off the wall by the 10-inch-tall, boxed backsplash. All of the corners are coved on a ³/₄-inch radius, so the sink can be cleaned quickly. Exposed welds are polished to blend with the rest of the exterior. The John Boos DT3B18244-2D18R dishtable has legs installed directly under the bowls to add extra structural stability.
