The John Boos EDTC8-S30-L48 dish table is designed to optimize a dishroom by holding clean dishes after they're rolled out of a warewasher. It sits on the left side of the machine and has a strong stainless steel top. Because the rims on the top are rolled, they catch water to prevent dripping, and a 10-inch-tall backsplash keeps the rear wall dry. This unit is mounted on galvanized legs and comes with plastic bullet feet that prevent marking and stabilize the table on uneven surfaces.
