The John Boos EDTC8-S30-L60 commercial dish table optimizes flow in dishrooms since it sits on the left side of a warewasher and accepts dishes on racks after they're cleaned. Because the top is made of stainless steel, it resists warping, bending, and rusting. It also has rolled front and side rims that contain pooling water. The 10-inch rear splashguard keeps the back wall dry and clean, and it has a 2-inch return that accommodates flush wall placement.
