Made for left-to-right operation, the John Boos EDTC8-S30-R26 clean dish table optimizes dishrooms by holding racks of dishes after they're washed in a machine. Its top is made of stainless steel€”a heavy-duty material that resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning. Because this top has rolled rims on the front and sides, it prevents water from dripping to the floor. The back of the table has a splashguard that catches water to keep the rear wall clean. This table is mounted on plastic bullet feet that won't mark up the floor, and they can be adjusted on uneven surfaces to maintain stability.
