The John Boos EDTS8-S30-60UCL undercounter dish table optimizes flow in dishrooms since it fits on the left side of a dishwasher and helps users prepare dishes for the machine. It has a pre-rinse sink for removing scraps and a large tabletop surface so operators can rack wares. Because the top is made of stainless steel, it resists rusting and denting. Its rolled side and front rims prevent water from dripping to the floor, and its 10-inch-tall backsplash catches splatter from the sink. The table base is mounted on galvanized legs with crossbracings for structural strength and plastic bullet feet for stability.
