Its electric wash tank accommodates 4.5 gallons and includes low-water protection to prevent damage. Great for quick-service restaurants, coffee shops, and restaurants with fewer than 50 seats, this warewasher can sanitize 45 racks per hour, using 1.29 gallons of water per rack for each fully automatic 72-second cycle.

The Jackson 10ABhigh-temperature dishwasher's counter-rotating wash arms thoroughly clean dishes, while its circular structure evenly distributes wash action for uniform results. To accommodate various types of dishware, three 17¹/₂-inch-diameter racks€”one dish rack, one combination rack, and a four-compartment silverware rack€”come with this unit.
