Both the exterior and interior of the Hoshizaki DD59-S draft beer system are constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and potential scratching or denting. Each of its two sections can accommodate a half keg, and the interior is brightened with LED lighting to improve visibility into the cabinet. This unit cools using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a self-contained refrigeration system.

To facilitate operation, the Hoshizaki DD59-S beer dispenser features electronic controls and a highly visible digital LED display. Using this interface, operators can adjust the temperature between 32 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is insulated with foamed-in place polyurethane to effectively retain cold air.
