Its exterior is made of stainless steel, a sturdy material that can withstand heavy use without denting or rusting. To protect product afterhours, each of its three solid doors are fitted with secure locks.

Using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Hoshizaki DD80-S draft beer system maintains temperatures between 32 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure cold air remains inside the cabinet, it's insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Its refrigeration is side mounted and self-contained, streamlining the installation process.
