Using electronic controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the Hoshizaki DD95 draft beer system between 32 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It utilizes a quick-install, self-contained refrigeration system and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To prevent cold air from escaping the cabinet, this unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.

To ensure a long service life, the towers, interior, and top of the Hoshizaki DD95 beer dispenser are constructed of sturdy, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It offers 32.3 cubic feet of interior space and is lit with LED interior lighting to improve visibility as operators clean or replace the keg. Each of its three doors are locking, preventing unauthorized access to the cabinet.
