Built with an open design, the Hatco FSHAC-2 full-service heated display case provides quick, easy access to goods. It's fitted with two slides that can accommodate wrapped items directly on the racks or half-size sheet pans full of chicken, biscuits, and hamburger patties. A countertop model, it measures 20 inches wide by 22⁴¹/₅₀ inches deep by 18¹¹/₁₀₀ inches high with an 18¹/₄-inch-wide by 9¹/₈-inch-high opening for pan loading. It's positioned on 4-inch legs that elevate the unit from the countertop to prevent overheating.

The Hatco FSHAC-2 countertop heated display case utilizes a heated air curtain that forces warm air downward through ducts above the opening. This system ensures product is held at safe temperatures without the use of a door, and with a perforated back wall, the unit heats foods evenly to eliminate hot and cold spots. This case is made of durable stainless steel with a scratch- and chip-resistant black powder coat.
