The Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-3-S open-air cooler is operated with an electronic controller and can be set to temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The low-velocity deck fans evenly distribute air around the products. The condensate evaporator reduces condensation and moisture inside the unit, and to conserve energy after hours, it includes a night cover.
