Featuring a three-level design with a heavy-gauge super structure, the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-3C-LED impulse open-air merchandiser is an ideal until for high-volume commercial operations such as delis, cafes, and convenience stores. The curved plexiglass rims, along with the sides and front, work with the high-efficiency air screen to maintain cool internal conditions. To link the merchandiser with others, the side panels can be removed.

For an efficient operation, the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-3C-LED horizontal open display case uses a self-contained refrigeration system that is positioned inside the base of the unit. Its front panel can be removed when maintenance or deep cleaning is needed. Staff can access the electronic controls to set the desired operating temperature from 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The automatic defrost system works to prevent ice development while the condensate pan collects any water accumulation.
