The Howard Mc-Cray SC-OS35E-3C-S open-air cooler's self-contained refrigeration system is hermetic and fully enclosed, protecting it from external elements. The electronic controller can be set between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and the low-velocity fans recessed inside the deck evenly cool the products inside. It comes with a night cover and has efficient air screen technology to reduce energy loss.
