Featuring a durable heavy-gauge steel super structure, the Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-4C open merchandiser is ideal for use in cafes and convenience stores to encourage impulse purchases. The unit is white to provide a neutral backdrop, enabling products to stand out. Curved plexiglass panels mark the edges of the cabinet, and they work with the low-velocity fan to maintain the cool air curtain.

To enable the maximum amount of internal space and provide easy maintenance access when needed, the Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-4C impulsive open merchandiser uses a self-contained refrigeration system. Staff can set the desired holding temperature through the electronic controller. The system then works to achieve the set temperature. The automatic defrost system functions in the background up to six times a day to prevent ice development.
