Positioned in the base of the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-6-S-LED impulse cool display case is its self-contained refrigeration system, which brings the unit to the desired holding temperature as determined by the electronic controller's input settings; this ranges from 36 to 40 degrees. The open top is protected by a high-efficiency air screen that maintains cool conditions and deters insects. To link this unit up with others, the side panels can be removed.
