The Hatco FSHACH-3 full-service heated display case features a peel- and chip-resistant black powder coat for a clean appearance. Constructed of stainless steel, it resists rust and corrosion and is durable enough to withstand heavy-duty use. This case utilizes humidified heat to keep product within the temperature range of 80 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with a heat curtain that projects heat through ducts above the openings and features a water reservoir that refills automatically.

Each of the three slides in the Hatco FSHACH-3 countertop heated display case accommodate a half-size sheet pan. Wrapped products can be held directly on the slides while sheet pans (sold separately) can hold biscuits, baked potatoes, chicken, and hamburger patties. For uniform heating, the unit is built with a perforated back wall that provides air circulation. Overall, it measures 20⁴/₅ inches wide by 24¹⁷/₅₀ inches deep by 30¹³/₂₅ inches high.
