To eliminate operational oversight, the DoughXpress DXP-DD005 (10993) dough divider/rounder operates automatically. Its top-loading automatic dough hopper accommodates 1,487 ounces, or 44 liters, of dough, and depending on set portion sizes, it can produce between 154 and 880 pounds of dough balls per hour. Using the speed and dough weight controls, operators can adjust the dough to be divided between 6¹/₂ and 22.9 ounces. The included adjustable cone provides a diving range from 2¹/₂ to 6³/₁₀ ounces. Once the scale is set, the sensor-measuring technology precisely cuts dough. The rounder mechanism can be modified to create dough balls between 2¹/₂ and 42 ounces, and it processes each portion 50 times to ensure a consistent, closed result ready for rising.

The DoughXpress DXP-DD005 (10993) automatic dough divider and rounder is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum for lasting rigidity and corrosion resistance. Its knife and sensor are made of Teflon-coated stainless steel to withstand rigorous use and resist rust, corrosion, and wear over time.
