With the DoughXpress DXP-CRS02 (11016) reversible countertop sheeter, operators can flatten dough to a thickness between ³/₂₅ of an inch and 1⁹⁷/₁₀₀ inches by adjusting the corresponding lever. To ensure dough is flattened or stretched as desired, its direction can be changed forward or backward. Its two stainless steel rollers feature heavy-duty scrapers that prevent dough from sticking to their surfaces, and to minimize product waste, its synchronized two-speed in-feed mechanism reduces the risk of tears.

To streamline operation, this DoughXpress DXP-CRS02 (11016) reversible sheeter features an automatic overload system that protects the motor from damage during heavy use. When the rollers' safety guards are lifted, the unit automatically shuts off for user safety. The catch pans integrated on both ends of unit simplify dough insertion and retrieval, and when they're not in use, they can be folded up to save space.
