For high-volume dough sheeting in bakeries, restaurants, or hotels, the DoughXpress DXP-FRS02 (11018) BakeryXpress dough sheeter is a floor model measuring 36 inches wide by 83 inches deep by 44 inches high. This heavy-duty steel unit resists corrosion, wear, and rust to prolong its service life through rigorous use. To accommodate various doughs, its belt measures 20¹/₂ inches wide by 79 inches long, while its rollers measure 3¹/₂ inches wide by 20¹/₂ inches deep. For simplified operation, it's built with two catch pans€”one on each end of the unit€”and a two-speed in-feed mechanism that reduces the risk of tears when dough is inserted into the conveyor belt. When not in use, its sides can be folded up to save space.

Operators can adjust dough thickness between ³/₂₅ and 1⁹⁷/₁₀₀ inches with the DoughXpress DXP-FRS02 (11018) reversible dough sheeter's control lever. Once dough is inserted into the unit, staff can move the dough forward or backward with the corresponding lever to ensure it's flattened or stretched to the desired thickness. Heavy-duty scrapers prevent the dough from sticking to the stainless steel rollers. When its roller safety guards are lifted, this unit automatically powers off for user safety.
