True T-49DT-4-HC 54 1/8" Two Section Commercial Combo Refrigerator Freezer - Solid Doors, Dual Temp, 115v

The True T-49DT-4-HC two-section refrigerator freezer has a refrigerator in the left section and freezer in the right, each accessible through two stainless steel half doors. Its refrigerated section operates at temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer section is maintained at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Both sections have exterior temperature displays for monitoring. Bottom mounted, independent refrigeration systems cool the unit, both of which run in the coolest area of the kitchen and are accessible for maintenance. Sealed, cast iron evaporator fan motors provide high-volume air movement for quick temperature recovery in each section.

Reducing the buildup of dust and dirt on the condensing coil, the fan motor reverses direction each time the compressor starts up. It blows backwards for 20 seconds, keeping the coil clean so the unit runs optimally. To increase the unit's lifespan and offer ideal product temperatures, users should still perform maintenance routinely.

The True T-49DT-4-HC refrigerator freezer uses six wire shelves to hold product. Their PVC coating provides corrosion resistance, and the shelves adjust to suit different applications. Interior lights provide cabinet visibility, and the interior has an aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor that is built to withstand high-volume use. Coved corners do not trap liquids and debris, simplifying the cleaning process, while the front is made of stainless steel with aluminum ends and a GalFan-coated steel rear.
