Antunes ES-1200 Egg Station W/ 12 Rings, 208 240 V
Using a combination of heat and steam, the Roundup ES-1200 egg station from Antunes makes moist eggs and retherms pre-cooked ham, bacon, or sausage. In the cover, the trough holds water poured in by the operator, and when the cover is closed, the water drips down onto the grill surface. As water hits this hot plate, steam forms, and the cover holds steam and heat around the product.
Stainless steel, nonstick cook rings hold (12) 3-inch-diameter eggs and support egg removal after they are cooked. In 120 seconds, the station can cook room-temperature eggs, while refrigerated eggs take 150 seconds to cook. After food is cooked on the grill, scraps can be pushed into the tray by a spatula to simplify routine cleaning processes. This egg station has a compact design that saves space on countertops and can be stored away when the unit is not needed.
