Antunes ES-604 Heat/steam Egg Station Combo, Cooks 6 Eggs Max, 208V

The Antunes ES-604-9300574 egg station uses heat from the surface and from steam to cook as many as six eggs at once, with as many as 120 eggs being cooked in an hour. Each egg goes into an individual ring that gives it a round shape. After employees pour water into the trough cover, that water drips onto the hot surface and turns to steam. A cover pulls over the surface to trap steam over the eggs, cooking them on top and keeping them moist. In addition to eggs, precooked bacon can be heated on the cook surface. To withstand heavy use, this Antunes ES-604 egg cooker is constructed of stainless steel and hinged on the back. So employees can quickly toss egg shells aside, the unit comes with a scrap tray.
