The Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-240 electric restaurant range is simple to operate, versatile, and requires minimal space. It is ideal for fine dining kitchens and restaurants with a broad menu selection, as well as small restaurants and smaller institutional kitchens that can be found in places like churches and clubs. This unit is often used for braising, sautA©ing, pan-frying, boiling, and stock pot cooking.

The range has a fully MIG-welded, aluminized steel frame for added durability along with stainless steel sides, front, back riser, shelf, and legs. It is equipped with six 1/2-inch round, 2 kW French platesa€”often used instead of open burners because they heat more evenly and simplify cleaninga€”with heat control switches on the top. A standard oven with top browning control is built into the base of the Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-240 range, and the oversized interior measures 26 1/2 inches wide by 26 3/8 inches deep by 14 inches high. With this depth, the unit can accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch pans front and back and side to side. The thermostat adjusts from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and the control knobs are cool to the touch. This unita€™s oven rack can be placed in three different positions.
